  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak sale periods, processing times may extend slightly.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges apply to orders below this value and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or an incorrect item is delivered.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics delays, weather conditions, or force majeure events.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID

  • Courier partner details

  • Estimated delivery date

You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

5. Shipping Partners

We work with reputed courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If:

  • The address provided is incorrect, or

  • Delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability,

re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Do not accept the package if it appears visibly tampered.

  • Take clear photos of the package and the product.

Claims made beyond this timeframe may not be accepted.

8. Partial Shipments

In rare cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages due to product availability. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for split shipments.

9. International Shipping

Currently, KlenoraCare ships only within India. For bulk or international inquiries, please contact us directly.

10. Delays Beyond Our Control

KlenoraCare is not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Courier disruptions

  • Strikes or other unforeseen logistical issues
